Brent Lee Lawson Sr.

Brent Lee Lawson Sr., 60, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018 at the Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio following a brief illness.

He was born May 2, 1958 to the late Max Jay Sr. and Norma Jean (Cunningham) Lawson. He leaves behind his wife, Toby Lawson (Hart), son Brent (Bo) Lee Lawson Jr and grandsons Devaughn Brent Lee Lawson of Pickerington, Ohio and Jaiden Maurice Cain of Chillicothe, Ohio, son Cliff Alan Lawson and grandson Shane Alan Lawson of Chesterfield, Virginia. His siblings Jai Ann (Tom)Dyke and family of Chillicothe, Ohio, brother Tim (Lisa) Lawson and family of Quarryville, Pennsylvania, stepdaughters Jessica Benner and family, Jade Yeager and family, and Levi Yeager and family, along with many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and brother Max Jay Lawson Jr.

Brent graduated Southeastern High School in 1976 and was a longtime employee and retiree of Glatfelter Paper Co.

A Memorial service has been scheduled for Saturday Oct.13, 2018 from 11am-12pm at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Chillicothe, Oh. Directed by Pastor Shane Browning. Following Brent's wishes he will be cremated through Roberts Funeral home 509 Washington Ave. Washington Courthouse, Ohio 43160.

Friends and Family may call from 11am to 12pm at Lighthouse Baptist Church at 341 Clinton Rd. Chillicothe, Ohio 45601 on Sat. Oct. 13, 2018. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Roberts Funeral Home at 509 Washington Ave., Washington Courthouse, Ohio 43160 to help cover expenses.
