Ann Matthews

Ann King Matthews, born on March 10, 1947, in Fayette County, Ohio, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2026, in Middletown, Ohio, following an extended illness.

She is survived by her sisters, Joan King (Terry Stuckey) of Lebanon and Linda (Mark) Bundy of Florida, nieces, Shannon (Brian) Aquino of Liberty Twp. and Sarah (Steve) Cline of Norfolk, VA, and cousins Gary Ware, Gary King, and Jill Hurwitz. 

She was preceded her in death by her parents, Bruce Jr. and Emma Jean (Mossbarger) King; her aunts and uncles, Richard and Gwendolyn Ware, Mark and Jean King, and John and Priscilla King and a cousin, Karen Davis.

Ann King Matthews leaves behind a loving family and a cherished memory of a life lived with quiet dignity. She will be missed by many.

Cremation will take place with a graveside service in the Washington Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
