Bret Allan Caplinger, 49 of Washington CH, passed away January 20, 2016 at his home.
Bret was born in Ross County to the late Walter and Clarrabelle (Cunningham) Caplinger. He was a graduate of Adena High School, and had lived several years in the area where he worked training horses.
Bret is survived by his children Brettney, Rusty, and Jade Caplinger; Siblings, Sherry (Tim) Clary of Frankfort, Tony Caplinger of Frankfort, and Terry (Lynn) Russel of Chillicothe.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
