Chad Michael Scott, age 32, of Washington C.H., passed away July 29, 2014 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
He was born August 5, 1981, in Albion Michigan to Billy and Kelly (Koch) Scott. He was employed as a loader at Lowes Distribution and was a diehard Dallas Cowboys and Jimmie Johnson (NASCAR) fan.
Chad was preceded in death by his father, Billy Neal Scott; grandparents Harley Young, John and Kaye Koch.
He is survived by wife, Kimberly; daughter, Kaylee Alexis; mother, Kelly Scott (Tim Russell); brother, Christopher (Brittany) Scott; sister Melissa (Zach) Bowman; grandmother, Lillian Young; father-in-law, Joseph (Andrea) Bell; mother-in-law, Norma Bell (John Parish); brother-in- laws, Damain and Kevin Axline, Patrick Ramey and Joseph Matthew Dillon Bell.
The family will receive friends Friday, August 1, 2014, from 4 – 8 p.m. at the Wellman-Kinzer & Godorhazy Funeral Home, where the funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. Minister Joseph Bell officiating. Interment to follow in Highlawn Cemetery.
