Christine (Miller) Garinger

Christine Garinger , Age 80, of Washington CH passed away on November 9, 2016 at the Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus.
She was born on October 13, 1936 in Lawrence County, Ohio to the late Homer and Goldie Viars Miller, and was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a Jehovah’s Witness attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in WCH. Christine enjoyed crocheting, crafting, and quilting, but her favorite thing to do by far was spoiling her grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Russell Garinger; one daughter, Gail Garinger-Ater; a grandchild; 3 Brothers, and 9 sisters.
Surviving are her children, Pamela (Larry) Cook, Melissa (Tim) Miller, and Christopher Scott (Sherry) Garinger, all of WCH, and Frank Russell Garinger Jr; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Tuesday November 15th at the Roberts funeral home in WCH with Gary Doles officiating. Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5pm to 8pm on Monday November 14th at the funeral home.
