Daisy Marie (Greer) Fox

Daisy Marie Fox, 48, passed away June 1, 2023 at her home in Washington Court House.

Daisy was born October 9,1974 to Betty (Wright) and Gordon Greer.  Among her many accomplishments she earned a BS nursing degree and enjoyed many years in her chosen profession as a registered nurse. Daisy was well known and admired for her superior knowledge, dedication, and loving compassion.  She loved to teach and share, and was selected as an instructor for the nursing program of Ohio University Chillicothe Campus.

Daisy was a light unto this world and brought happiness to all who knew her.  She loved music, attending rock concerts, and enjoyed walks on the beach.  She was light hearted and often a free spirit, which just made knowing her more delightful. She lived life just like a daisy, her roots were strong but she could still sway in the breeze.

Her love of family was her greatest joy.  Her husband and #1 love of her life Christopher with whom she shared 28 years of marriage; her cherished children Jaccob (Lindsey) Fox and Jenny Fox; her adored grandchildren Elijah and Thomas Fox, and Barry Reeves; brother Dean (Jami) Greer; in-laws Paula Fox, Vicki Pringle, Grace (Hugh) Gardiner, Rick (Phil) Fox, Alan (Sharon) Fox, Joe (Beth) Fox, Valerie (Gabby) Fox, Velvet Fox, and Eric (Carrie) Fox; and her many nieces, nephews and extended family. She also leaves behind her many dear and special friends, including her “Zoo Crew” and extra special friends and extended family, Rebecca Milstead, Diana Crace, and Danette McGraw.

Daisy was preceded in death by her mother-in-law Evanell Fox; father-in-law Richard Fox, brothers-in-law Ken Fox and Larry Pringle and nephew Shamus Fox.

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you donate to your favorite charity in memory of Daisy.
