Dolores Jean Mcintyre

Dolores “Dee” Jean McIntyre, 85, of Washington Court House passed away peacefully at her home on June 23, 2023.

Dee was born May 6, 1938, in Pittsburgh, PA. She was brought up by her grandparents, the late John and Lillian McIntyre. Dee retired from Sugar Creek Packing after a 32-year career. Following her retirement, she began a 15-year career with Walmart in Washington CH, where she brightened many people’s day with her warm smile and kindness.

Dee is survived by her children, Lance Brown and his wife Wendi of VA and Kim Griffin of WCH, a grandchild, Harley Griffin of WCH, and by her many friends.

A funeral is planned for 1pm on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at the Roberts Funeral Home in Washington Court House with Pastor Keith Clary officiating. Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 11am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Promedica Hospice, 116 Morris Road, Circleville, Ohio 43113.
