Dolores Constance Riley, Age 90 of Washington CH, Ohio passed away peacefully on July 3, 2026 at home surrounded by her daughter Debra, son-in-law Jeff, and grandson Joshua.
Born on November 27, 1935 in New Castle Delaware, she was the daughter of John Cardinalli and Frances (Pukalska) Cardinalli. Dolores graduated from Wilmington High School in Wilmington Delaware in 1953, worked as a secretary and went on to have a fulfilling career as a homemaker. She will be remembered for her love of family, plants, crochet, puzzles, her pets, recipes, the color purple, and seeing new things and places.
On May 25, 1957 in Wilmington, Delaware, she married David Cook Riley. Together they shared 59 wonderful years in Wilmington Delaware, Melbourne Florida, and Everett Pennsylvania.
Dolores Constance Riley is survived by children, Douglas (Karen Davis) Riley of Middletown, DE. Diana Lovrencic of Everett, PA., Debra (Jeff) Dreher of Washington CH, OH., Donna (Scott) Adams of Town Creek, AL. and Dara (Brian) Kane of Newville, PA.; nine grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several loving nieces, nephews and their families as well as other extended family. She is preceded in death by her husband David Cook Riley, sister Bernadine (Cardinalli) Fletcher, and nephew Lee Fletcher.
A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either First Baptist Church of WCH, Life Pregnancy Center, Hospice of Fayette County,
or the missionary ministry:
