Don W. Burke

Don Wendell Burke, 84, of Washington Court House, Ohio passed away August 05, 2015 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
He was born February 19, 1931 to Charles and Urcell (Wilkins) Burke and lived his life in Fayette County as a self-employed dairy farmer.
Mr. Burke was a Veteran and served our Country in the Army, was a member of the Fayette County Commission on Aging and Geological Society, Ohio Holstein Association, Masonic Lodge #449, Bloomingburg, OH and the Valley of Columbus Aladdin Temple and Scottish Rite.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Jean Burden.
He is survived by brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Mel Burke of Washington C.H.; brother-in-law, Earl Burden of Powell, OH; nephews, Ryan (Aileen) Burke of Clintonville, OH and Eric (Linda) Burden of Dublin, OH; niece Regina (Eddie) Swanson of Delaware, OH and additional nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral service Friday, August 07, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. in the Kinzer & Godorhazy Funeral Home. Mell Wickensimer, director of visitation at the Grace United Methodist Church, officiating. Graveside service to follow at 2:30 p.m., Kingwood Memorial Park, 8230 Columbus Pike (U.S. Rt. 23), Lewis Center, OH.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service. A Masonic service will precede the funeral.
