Dorothy J. Johnson, 72, of Washington Court House passed away Friday, July 19, 2013 at her residence. She was born November 20, 1940 to Lewis and May (Burchett) Adkins in Ashland Kentucky.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Charles J. Johnson; son's, Joe Johnson, Lou Johnson and his wife Leah; grandson, Hunter Johnson; sister, Sylvia Lee Karnes and brother James Melvin Adkins and his wife Della.
