Edward Troy Yaekle

Edward Troy Yaekle , Age 51 of Washington Court House, formerly of Columbus, passed away Thursday March 30, 2017 at his home. Death was sudden and unexpected.

Ed was born December 13, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio to Teresa (Garrison) and the late Richard Yaekle. He was a veteran of the US Army, and had worked as an iron worker.

Surviving are his mother; children, William (Danielle) Yaekle of Columbus, Jessica Yaekle, Amanda Yaekle and Lydia (Eric Parker) all of Mt. Sterling; step-children, Lexi Takkunen, Marissa (David) Kohl, and AJ Keller, all of Minnesota; grandchildren, Alisha, Eric and Cameron Mitchell, Skylar Yaekle, Gavin Schleich, Gabriel Swim, Trinity, Peyton, and Aiden Parker; brother, Nick Yaekle of Columbus; and sister; Desiree Robinson of Columbus.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation will take place. A memorial service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 6th at the First United Methodist Church of Mt. Sterling, 110 S. London St., Mt. Sterling, Ohio 43143. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.robertsfh.net.
