Fredrick L. Beach, 86, of Washington Court House, passed away Monday, December 9, 2013, at Signature Nursing Facility.
Fred was born November 12, 1927, in Longmont City, Colorado to the late Clarence and Anna Forcum Beach.
Mr. Beach was a retired machine operator with Halliday Lumber Inc. In his younger years he worked as a firefighter and enjoyed wood working, tending to his rose garden, relaxing with his wife while fishing and owned and rode a Harley Davidson for several years.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Beach was preceded in death by his loving wife of 35 years Eunice Ann McCorkle Beach; son, Donald Beach; Stepson, Ron Tomlinson and sister Patricia Beach.
He is survived by his daughters, Mela (Donald) Beedy, Debbie (Larry) Houser, Nancy Lee (John) Pullian, Debbie Garcia and Gail; Stepson, Don Beach and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Richard Beach.
Friends may call Thursday, December 12, 2013 at the Wellman-Kinzer & Godorhazy Funeral Home, from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Jim Kiger officiating. Interment to follow at Highlawn Cemetery.
