Irma Lee Pollard

Irma Lee Pollard , Age 87 of Washington CH, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2016 with her loving family by her side.

Irma was born in Pickaway County to the late Vivan and Allie (Davis) Brooks. She had lived most of her life in the area, where she worked as a seamstress. She was a long time member of the South Side Church of Christ and a member of the local DAR chapter. She enjoyed Sewing and Quilting in her spare time.

Irma was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Donald Pollard.

She is survived by her Children, Vivan (Rosa) Pollard of Florida, David (Patty) Pollard, Barry (Carol) Pollard, and Dililah (Jon) Rowe all of Washington CH; Grand-Children Amy Evans, Randy Morarity, Angela Manns, Matthew Pollard, Jared Pollard, all of Washington CH, Bradley and Marinda Pollard of North Carolina; Siblings, Eunice Boysel of Circleville, Leona Bochard of Chillicothe, and Rex Brooks of Atlanta, OH; as well as, special friend Norman West.

A funeral service is planned for 1 p.m. Monday at the South Side Church of Christ with Pastor Danny Dodds officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Roberts Funeral Home in Washington CH. Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
