Jason Denzel Frisbie, Jr. , 38, passed away on May 4, 2026, in Kentucky. Born on February 22, 1988, in Columbus, Ohio, Jason lived a life marked by love and deep connections to his family and friends.
He was the son of the late Jason Denzel Frisbie, Sr. and Ginger Trigg, who, alongside his loving wife Dawn Frisbie, stood by him throughout his life. Jason was a proud father to his children Conner Ward, Christian Frisbie, Alyssa Frisbie, and Rylieghann McPhillips. He also embraced the joy and responsibility of being a father figure to his bonus children—Trenton Maxwell, Vonn Richardson, Nathan Wells, John Maguana, and Jolee Noonan.
Jason’s family extended beyond his immediate household. He was a beloved brother to Crystal Carey, Amber Frisbie, Rebecca Frisbie, and Brandon Carey, and a caring uncle to Neveah Stone, Robert Stone, Ernest Vorhees, Keyonna Vorhees, Oliver Trigg, Jenessa Cambell, and Elijah King. The family also remembers with sorrow the passing of nieces Savannah Mae Dawn Stone and Lynette Lynn Dawn Cambell.
Throughout his life, Jason was surrounded by many extended family members and friends who held him in high regard. His presence enriched the lives of all who knew him, and his memory will continue to inspire those he leaves behind.
Jason Denzel Frisbie was a devoted father, loving husband, and cherished brother whose larger-than-life personality left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. Jason had a deep passion for helping others through his business, Moving Express, where he took pride not only in his work but in his ability to solve problems and care for his customers like family.
Jason brought laughter everywhere he went, always calling loved ones with his latest dad jokes and finding joy in making others smile. He was a true foodie who loved exploring new foods and sharing the latest nutritional articles and health discoveries he had read. Spiritual by nature and endlessly curious, Jason had a unique mind and a deep appreciation for life’s mysteries.
He was the kind of dad who never sat quietly on the sidelines. Whether cheering the loudest at games, jumping into the newest dance challenges with the kids, or filling his camera roll with silly selfies and random license plates that made him laugh, Jason embraced every moment with energy and heart. Known affectionately as “Hulk Smash” for his incredible strength, he was always challenging the boys to friendly competitions to see who was strongest or who could take the other down first.
A memorial service honoring Jason’s life will be held at 5pm on May 15, 2026, at Roberts Funeral Home in Washington Court House, Ohio with Pastor Rev. Bert Alsept of the Woodlawn Freewill Baptist Church officiating.
Above all, Jason will be remembered for his love, his laughter, his strength, and the unforgettable way he made people feel. His presence filled every room, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
