Kent L Lute

Kent L. Lute , 67, of Washington CH passed away May 30 ^, 2021 peacefully at his home.

Kent was born on September 2, 1953 in Spring valley, Ohio to the late Ralph and Mary (Buck) Lute. He had lived in the area most of his life. After graduating from Miami Trace in 1971 Kent served for 6 years locally in the National Guard. He was a retiree of Mac Tools in Sabina, Ohio where he had 35 years of service. Kent going fishing and finding the occasional treasure at auctions or yard sales.

Along with his parents, Kent was preceded in death by a sisters, Mary Lou Spurlock, Tina Armentrout, and Tillie Wilt, and a brother, Ralph R. Lute.

Survivors include his wife Sue Ellen (Riley) Lute with whom he shared 47 years of marriage; sister, Linda (Robert) Schladebeck of Clay New York; and a brother, Johnny Lute of Washington CH, as well as several nieces and nephews and in his words: ”I leave behind some special friends. You know who you are”.

A funeral service is planned for Thursday, June 3, 2021 at the Roberts Funeral Home with pastor Danny Dodds officiating. Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11am until the start of service.
