Lawrence L. Redman , 76 of Washington C.H., passed away December 19, 2015 at the Mt Carmel West Medical Center after a brief illness.
Lawrence was born July 12, 1939 in Otway, OH to Oscar and Cora Lea Redman. He lived most of his life in this area where he had worked at a few local factories including Mac Tools and Sugar Creek Packing. When he wasn't enjoying time with his grandkids, he could be found tinkering on cars and motors, as well as the occasional fishing trip. He was known by many in the area due to the fact that he rarely met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Connie Bullinger, Fred Redman, William Redman, and Rosalea Goble.
Survivors include his Wife and soul mate Alice Faye (Self) Redman; Children, Tim (Rita) Redman of Blacklick, OH, Travis (Kathy) Redman of Washington CH, and Larry Redman of Washington CH; Grandchildren, Addison and Sophia Redman of Blacklick, OH, and Dallas and Austin Redman of Washington CH, as well as, several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and host of Friends, including fishing buddy Ralph Carr.
A service will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 12 p.m. at the Roberts Funeral Home in Washington Court House, with Pastor Danny Dodds officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10am to the time of service. Burial will follow at Highlawn Cemetery. Online condolences can be sent to www.robertsfh.net
