Linda Ragland

Linda Ragland, 63, of Washington CH passed away Friday, October 9th, 2015 at the Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus.

Born April 13, 1951 to Nicodemos and Demetria Balbin Barrete, Linda had lived in the area for many years. When she wasn’t spending time with her grandchildren, Linda enjoyed crocheting and gardening. Her smile was contagious and it will be missed greatly by her family and friends.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a son, Eddie Ragland, and one sibling Expidito Barrete.

Surviving are her mother; husband, John E. Ragland Sr. whom she married on December 28, 1972; son, Eugene Ragland and his fiancé Kristin Elliott of Circleville; Siblings, Leonor, Miguela, Sammy, Turibio and Leonilo Barrete all of the Philippines; Grandchildren, Alyssa, Derrian, Trinity, Kenzley, Mikhaylee and Adalyn Ragland, Taegan Retherford, and Riley Jenkins, as well as several nieces nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday October 15, 2015 from 4-7p.m. at the Roberts Funeral Home in Washington Court House, where the service will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Bruce Morrison officiating. Interment will follow in the Washington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions are suggested to the Fayette Memorial Hospital Foundation, 1430 Columbus Avenue, Washington CH, OH 43160.
