Dayton, Ohio - Megan Snyder, 45, passed away peacefully at Hospice of Dayton after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on December 2, 1978, Megan was the beloved daughter of Barbara Snyder and sister to William Snyder of Florida. She leaves behind her devoted significant other, Deon Cash and 2 of the best beagles, Maverick and Murphy.
Megan lived life with a passion for nursing and a steadfast dedication to helping others. From her early days as a Registered Nurse in the Miami Valley Hospital Emergency Room to her recent role as an organ recovery coordinator with Life Connection of Ohio, Megan touched countless lives with her kindness and expertise. She was not only a professional but also a pillar of support and compassion for her patients and colleagues alike.
An avid Packers fan, Megan's enthusiasm for football was matched only by her loyalty to her friends. Known for her infectious laughter and boundless generosity, Megan was truly the epitome of a best friend. She had a heart of gold and a knack for making everyone around her feel cherished and valued.
Megan will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love, selflessness, and laughter will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Dayton in Megan's memory.
A celebration (party) of Megan's life will be held at a later date. Please join us in honoring her remarkable journey and the joy she brought to us all.
"May your laughter echo in our memories forever. Rest in peace, dear friend."
