Mildred A. (Morris) Hunt, age 74, of Washington Court House, passed away July 25, 2014 at her residence.
Mildred was born in Fayette County, November 29, 1939, to the late James and Mahala Ann Haynes Morris.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Charles “Bud” Hunt Jr., on April 8, 2013; infant son, Charles Hunt III; brothers, James Jr., Jack and Larry Morris; sisters, Lucille Summers and Virginia Short.
She is survived by children, Lonnie (Janet) Hunt, Cathy (Rick) Shepard and Sheri (Wayne) Siniff, all of Washington CH; grandchildren, Amy (Chad) Sever, Tiffany (Jim) Goodwin, Scott (Christy) Shepard, Adam (Kelsey) Shepard, Ashley (T.J.) Huelsman and Aaron Siniff; great grandchildren, Cain and Callie Sever, Taylor, Shelby and Ella Coe and Baby Goodwin, Audrey and Baby Huelsman, Logan and Hailey Shepard, Brantley and Lucas Shepard.
Mrs. Hunt enjoyed the company of her family, her two beloved dogs, Tiny and Trixie, and for many years was the caretaker of several friends and individuals.
Friends may call at the Wellman-Kinzer & Godorhazy Funeral Home, 509 Washington Ave., Washington C.H., Monday, July 28, 2014, from 3:00 p.m. until time of service at 7:00 p.m. Private family interment at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, family request donations to Hospice of Fayette County, or The Fayette County Humane Society. Contribution envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
