Mildred Ann (Kinzer) Williams of Washington Court House passed away at 6:08 a.m. on May 20, 2016 at her home. She was born October 11, 1925 in Fayette County to Theodore and Julia Marie (Campbell) Kinzer. She was the 4th child of 11 children.

She married John W. Williams, III on November 8, 1941. They were married almost 67 years. To this union there were 3 children—Faye Campbell of South Charleston, Margaret K. Williams of Cincinnati, and John W. Williams IV of Washington Court House. She has twenty-one grandchildren (great, and great great), along with many nephews and nieces. She is the adopted mother of Jeannette Kennedy of Alexandria, KY, and Denise Carter of Cincinnati, OH. She has one brother Hugh Ronald Kinzer (Mary) of South Salem, OH and one sister Linda Robison (Rick) of Maitland, Fl. She has two sister-in-laws Martha Kinzer of Washington Court House and Kay Kline of Frankfort, OH. One daughter-in-law Mary Leisure of Washington Court House, OH.

She was an avid seamstress, loved to read, embroider, crochet, and quilted by hand. She loved gardening and harvesting the garden through the years.

She was a long time member of the Southside Church of Christ.

Mildred is preceded in death by her parents, her husband John W. Williams III, granddaughter Julie Marie Groves, her son-in-law Jerry Mark Campbell, and her dear friend Hattie McRoan. Brothers Carrot Red Kinzer, Francis Lowell Kinzer, Robert Carl Kinzer, Ora Eugene Kinzer, Wayne Thomas Kinzer, John Theodore Kinzer, and sisters Mary Katherine Kinzer, and Julia Yvonne Wilson.

Funeral service will be at 1pm on May 25, 2016 at the Roberts Funeral Home, 509 Washington Ave, Washington CH, OH on Wednesday, May 25, 2016. Burial will be at the Bainbridge Cemetery, Bainbridge, OH. Danny Dodds, long-time friend, will be officiating.
