Randy D. Cox, 61, of Washington Court House passed away Friday, October 11, 2013, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born June 28, 1952 in Washington C.H. to Norman and Mary Elizabeth Haynes Cox.
Randy was preceded in death by his father, Norman D. and son, Specialist Ryan D. Cox, April 27,2013.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Patti; children, Randa (Gene) Levesque, Danny Derreberry (Charity Fair), Crystal (Wes) Stevenson and Leslie Mathews; grandchildren, Jarek and Ariane Cox, Audreya (Curtis) Mootispaw, Caleb Williams, Karley Barker, Dragon and Saizia Derreberry, Justin, Chelsea, Kaylee and Rylee Stevenson, Kelsey Myers, Kyler Mathews and Maddox Price; great-grandchildren, Bo Williams and Robert Patrick Hamilton; mother, Mary Elizabeth; brother, Larry (Linda) Cox; sisters Gale Thompson and Pam Kitchen; mother-in-law, Phyllis Newlan; brother-in-law, Skipper Newlan; sister-in-laws, Glenna Saunders and Jeanne Jett; very special niece Thei Saunders as well as numerous other nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the Wellman-Kinzer & Godorhazy Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Highlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 4-8 p.m.
