Rita Faye Groves

Rita Faye Groves , 62, of Washington CH, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on May 18, 2022, at her home.

Rita was born November 13, 1959 in Washington CH and had lived in this area all of her life.

Rita was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Ann (Whaley) Groves, a daughter, Mandy Jo Shephard and a brother, Sammy R. Groves.

Survivors include her son, Mark Groves (Rita Brumbaugh); father, Kenneth L. (Angela) Groves, Sr.; grandchildren, Bradley Camp Tori Moore, and Rebecca Mowen; siblings, Kenneth (Crystal) Groves, Jr., Patricia Williamson Shaffer, and Lewis Jr. Groves, Seven great grandchildren; as well as, her many friends.

A memorial service is planned for 3pm on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Roberts Funeral Home in Washington Court House. There will be a gathering of family and friends from 1 to 3pm that day. Donations are suggested to the Fayette Regional Humane Society in Rita’s memory.
