Robert “Bob” Phillips, 66, of Wilmington passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2013.  He was born on February 2, 1947 in Washington C.H. to Virgil and Thelma (Martin) Phillips.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Earl Edward, Ray Ronnie Phillips, one sister, Edna Mea Harter and by one nephew, Wesley Scott Carr.

Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife, Frances (Nichols) Phillips, his children, Robert Phillips of Florida, Lori (Jimmy) Lemaster of Frankfort, Bobbie and Tammy Phillips both of Washington C.H., his stepchildren, Tora Nichols, Cecil and Albert Powers, two sisters, Dortha (Ralph) Carr of Washington C.H., Sharon Saltz of New Holland and by many grand and great grandchildren.

A graveside service for Mr. Phillips will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.in Highlawn Cemetery.  There will be no calling hours.
