Roberta M. McCoy, 72, of Greenfield passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at her residence.
She was born October 14, 1941 to the late Melvin and Ida (Fitch) Moore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Oliver McCoy; grandson, David Howe Jr.; great-grandaughter, Baily Smith; brothers Loyd Moore and Virgil Martin; sister, Rose Marie Daugherty.
Roberta is survived by her children, Deborah (Charles) Howard, Brenda (David) Howe, Sharon (Rex) Bondurant, Rebecca (Edward) Davis, James McCoy and David McCoy; 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brothers, Leroy, Donnie (Peggy) and Lester (Shirley) Moore; sisters Robertha Roark and Rosemary Hanes.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, October 28, 2013 at the Wellman-Kinzer & Godorhazy Funeral Home, Washington C.H.
Pastor Maxine Smith Pierce officiating. Interment to follow at Washington Cemetery, Washington C.H., OH.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2-6 p.m.
