Steven Clayton Frye

Steven Clayton Frye , age 41, of Washington CH passed away on January 23, 2017 at the Mount Carmel Medical Center after a brief illness.

Clayton was born on December 2, 1975 in WCH to the late John and Lucy Mustin Frye. He had lived all of his life in this area, graduating from Washington Senior High School in 1994. He was working as an IT specialist with IQOR. He was an avid photographer and enjoyed guns and range shooting.

He was preceded in death by his parents John and Lucy Mastin Frye; grandparents, Jake and Rosie Mastin and Bernice and Lily Frye.

Surviving are his wife, Melinda Starr Frye, who he married on October 28, 2000; his daughter and the love of his life, Maddie Frye; brother, Tim (Melissa) Frye of Circleville; nieces, Brooke (Jesse) Dawson, Zoe Frye, Brooklyn and Briley, great-nieces, Riley, Kennedy and Charlotte; grandparents, Charles and Donna Wyatt; mother and father in law, Jack and Charmaine Starr of WCH; sister in law, Jamie (Todd) Keaton; nephew Jackson, niece Aubrey Keaton, and many other family and friends.

A funeral service is planned for 1pm Friday, January 27, 2017 at the Roberts Funeral Home with pastor John Pfeifer officiating. Burial will follow in the Highlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 11am until the time of service.
