Suzanne Curry Boyer, 65, of Wortham, Texas, formerly of Washington C.H., passed away Sunday, September 8, 2013. Her death was unexpected, but she left her family and loved ones doing what she did best, “Living life to the fullest with no regrets”. She was a free bird of free spirit, who loved her crummy cats and fishing.
Suzi was born on June 9, 1948 to John and Irene C. Boyer, who preceded her in death. A graduate of Washington High School, class of 1966, she went on to work for Calmar until they closed in 2009.
Suzi is survived by children, Betsy Stewart (Mark Mickle), Elizabeth (Tim) Leisure and Jason Matson (Kelly Bays); grandchildren, Kaitlynn (Randy) Henderson, Chapman (Ashley) Fluent, Winston Mickle, Bridget Leisure and Dusty Leisure; great grandchildren, Jaheim and Jaleah Henderson, Leland Mickle (due anytime), Kamryn and Landon Leisure and many furry grandpets. Sister, Amy Jo Miller (Doug); niece and nephew, Scarlet and Hunter Miller, the Miller family, numerous cousins, her extended family of Wortham, Texas and a host of loving family and friends.
Special thanks to Roberta, Cheryl and Angelica for being with her to the end and her dear friend Shana Miller.
Please join her family for a time of sharing and remembrance Saturday, September 14, 2013 from 4 p.m. until time of service at 7:30 p.m., at the Wellman-Kinzer Funeral Home.
