Darrell Dwayne Wyatt passed away unexpectedly at his home on August 25, 2021 at the age of 55.
Darrell was born in Athens, Michigan on August 27, 1965. He was a member of the Colon High School (MI) Class of 1985. Shortly after graduating, Darrell entered into the United States Marine Corps where he proudly served his country. This service followed several other family members who had served as US Marines before him, including his father. After serving, Darrell returned to civilian life and obtained Associated Degree from ITT Technical Institute. For the last 10 years, Darrell had worked with Ahresty in Wilmington, Ohio where he most recent served as the Superintendent of Operations on 2nd Shift.
He was preceded in death by a nephew, Isaac Wyatt.
Survivors include his mother, Dianne Keeler of Michigan; father, Wayne Wyatt and his wife Rita of Florida; sisters, Dawn Sawyer and her husband Larry of Indiana and Dyna Fisher and her husband Kirk of Michigan; and brother, David Wyatt and his wife Barb of Michigan; nieces and nephews; Maddelyn and Brenna Fisher, Elizabeth Wyatt, Stephanie Whitener, and Kyle Hampton. He also leaves two very special guys to which he served as a father figure for many years, Zachery and Jake Warrilow, and his many special coworkers and friends.
Cremation is planned with no formal services at this time. Donations in his memory are suggested to the Fayette County Honor Guard, c/o Patricia Dewees, 707 Clinton Ave., Washington C.H., OH 43160.
