Donna Lee (Long) Wyatt

     Donna Lee Wyatt, age 90, of Washington CH passed away peacefully at her home on June 20, 2023.

Donna was born December 8, 1932, in Fayette County to the late Elza and Helen (McCoy) Long. Though Donna was not able to travel much in the last few years, she was a dedicated Christian and a member of The Gathering Place. She enjoyed knitting and quilting in her spare time. Donna was known for being quite the bargain hunter. She loved finding deals on treasures from yard sales and the thrift stores.

     Along with her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her husband Charles Wyatt II, a son, Jeff Wyatt, a sister, Evelyna Hidy, a grandson, Clayton Frye, and, her close friends Jenny Whitmer, Garnet Dawson, Glenna Milstead, and Annabelle McKinney.

     Survivors include her children, Charmaine (Jack) Starr, Charles “Butch” (Dixanna) Wyatt III, Anne (Ray) Fannin, all of WCH, and Debbie Aljebary of Grove City; grandchildren, Mindy Frye, Jamie (Todd) Keaton, Denise (Nate) Vogt, Sarah Mackowiak, Rebecca (Adam) Wyatt-Buckner and Corey Patton; great grandchildren, Maddie Frye, Jackson and Aubrey Keaton, Donna Vogt, Matthew Mackowiak and Lindsey Buckner; as well as extended family and a host of friends, including Sammy, her feline companion.

     Services will be held at 1pm on Monday, June 26, 2023, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor John Pfeifer officiating. Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 11am until the time of service.
