Margaret Ann (Showalter) Lopez

Margaret Ann (Showalter) Lopez, 56, of Sabina passed away November 16, 2023, at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton following a brief illness.

Margaret was born December 1, 1966, in Washington Court House, Ohio to Wilma (Kingery) and the late Darrell Showalter. She was a graduate of Westfall High School. She had attended Saint Benignus Catholic Church in Greenfield. Margaret enjoyed looking for treasures at flea markets and going fishing with her husband.

Along with her mother, Margaret is survived by her husband, Pedro Lopez; her children, MaGali (Efrain) Lopez, Belinda (Edwin) Lopez, and Juan Lope; grandchildren, Jimena, Emmy, Adrianrias, Camilarios, Liamrios, and Christian Lopez; sister, Belinda (Frank) Kesler; and brothers, Ernie (Kathy) Showalter, Eddie (LouAnn) Showalter, and Darrell (Sherry) Showalter. She is also survived by her Godchildren, Adalyn Sutton, Corbin Sutton, and Mathias Scaff, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and by her pet and sidekick Princess.

A funeral is planned for 7pm on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at the Roberts Funeral Home in Washington Court House, Ohio. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 5pm until the start of the service. In keeping with her wishes, cremation will follow.
